Martti Jeenicke
Martti Jeenicke is a research assistant in the Software Engineering Group at the Department of Computer Science, University of Hamburg. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate supervised by Christiane Floyd. His thesis work is in the area of Web-Engineering, with the focus on software development methods for web-applications.
 

He is engaged in teaching object oriented programming at the under graduated level as well as seminars about software, knowledge, and organisation. He is also involved in the development of a web-based community system aimed at supporting learning (www.commsy.de and www.wisspro.de).

Martti earned his Dipl.-Inform. degree in Computer Science from the University of Hamburg in 2001.His thesis by the title "Antizipative Anforderungsermittlung bei der Softwareentwicklung" was about the anticipitation of user requirements for a web-based system in the context of the International Women's University (www.vifu.de).
